Hello guys i need some help xD

so i have a test server for about 3 days everything is perfect but today 2 players told me that they get this error when they try to launch the l2.exe

OS : Windows Vista 6.1 (Build: 7601)
CPU : GenuineIntel PentiumPro-class processor @ 2933 MHz with 2046MB RAM
Video : ASUS EAH5450 Series (1036)

General protection fault!

History: UOrcMove::CalculateCRC32 <- UGameEngine::Init <- InitEngine

i dont know what happened... i have 2 gms and 3 friends which are playing normally (every1 have the same patch which i uploaded to mediafire)   i dont know what the error means can some1 help me to solve this problem ??

Error: General protection fault! History: UOrcMove::CalculateCRC32 <- UGameEngine::Init <- InitEngine 

Cause: The client is missing one or more vital files that are required to load the game. You have not installed the patch or updater properly, you have accidently deleted files, or you are not using the right Chronicle. 

Solutions: 1. Make sure none of your folders are empty; ie. systextures, staticmeshes, textures, animations. 
███████ 2. If found to be empty, reinstall Lineage 2 after completely removing the client via Control Panel -> Add or Remove Programs. 
███████ 3. If step 2 does not work, download a fresh Lineage2 installer from [Link 1]

so the problem is not in my patch cause i would have the same problem right? since i and some friends use the same patch that is uploaded to mediafire

i dont want to have issues when i launch the server normally
