Help Village Master Clan/sub-Classes

Hello members of mxc . I am facing issues in village masters. I made a clan level 8 and when i am trying to get clan skills , it requires rep.points only not the clan items . What is the problem? :( . Also in village master i am trying to make a sub class , after that i cant change to my main in the same village master(Example. main adventurer and make subclass prophet)i need to go to the warrior guild to change to my main . I really need your help . My pack is Acis. I attach some photos to check.

Yea i know . I want to change it . how can i do this? I want to change to my main in every village master not to a specific one.
