Discussion Dedicated With Ddos Protection

Hello guys i am currently on Hetzner with Hyperfilter reverse proxy ddos protection. Hetzner is perfect but Hyperfilter is a bit f-ed up the last month. A lot of disconnects/lags/downtimes also the fact that you see all players with 1 ip is bad. I would like to move on a dedicated server with included ddos protection to avoid these problems and see all ips normally so i thought to purchase one of the new Ovh Servers in France, any experience? are they protected enough? I 've seen L2 Tailes is using one and no problems. Please respect the topic, only serious replies.

This is untrue, disconnects happens mainly due to routing issues or maybe, just direct-attacks in your servers or even servers in the same rack, taking ddos attacks, causing problem to your server since both shares the same switch.

 

However, you should work with them any issues you have, and if the issue is not fixed, you need to let them know about it, until you both, find the solution :).

 

Dedicated Servers with included DDoS Protection, doesn't works, at least I didn't saw any with good stability, OVH, Voxility and for example BlackLotus are pure examples of how this doesn't works the way it is expected.

 

Your solution is not bad, but if it need adjustments, just make sure to be speaking/insisting with your company, because it is currently one of the best out there...

You will not find something that works good the way you expect, but the money is yours hehe.

Well, the truth is that the web is under maintenance! We are developing on it the last week! So, it may take 1-2 weeks to be finished!
