Help Access Level Not Work

Hello, I can't access level. /Character/access level I in navicat any value but I can't access. When I enter the level so it works, you can only access. You do not know what is wrong?

Logout the character from game, set the proper access level and THEN log in.

check on your configs your master access level 1st if you put crazy number will not work..and 2nd if it's like 127, or 1,2,3 log out your character from game till log in screen and then change your access level from Accounts table on your database.

Wrong, by this he won't have the GM access on the character. It's just account, so for example you can set server GMOnly and you will be able to log in while others (w/o gm account) don't.

I'm pretty sure he doesn't use l2jserver, so in order to become GM on kind of pack i though he using he should add his char ID on xml

Hello :) i would like to ask a question i have the same problem here with the navicat i am using l2jhellas server pack  and i borrowed a system file from l2pvp server cuse i coudn't edit the l2.ini file in the client i dowloaded .. so my problem is that i am changing the access lvl to 1-2-3 or 175 .. but when i log in the game server console says chat moderator acces lvl granted for ''charactername'' just to be carefull .. But when i log the char in the game i am not admin or gm and when i check navicat it says access lvl zero ..  I tryed to close the server change the access lvl again restart server and log .. the same .. I tryed to change the access lvl when i am in the char waiting room before log in the same .. i tryed with ticking the tick option when i setted the value on the navicat .. nothing .. so i dont know what to do :/  anyone knows why this problem occurs and maybe a solution ?
