It is very usefull for raids that give curse, you can use this to tanks so they have the aggro and never get petrified. The rest is up to mages, and you can have a healer to recharge (a high lvl one) but he will not take any debuff from raids.

u can kill with any other hight lvl character, just be sure, taht u didnt make mroe dmg then 50% , i am always going kill AQ with 3 sorc (bots) and i am with necro to kill guards and nurses.... and using gloom on Aq, after when aq has less then 50% hp i help to kill it  :)

this work on some server... others have corrected this.... as you see, if raid is lvl 40 is to ~40 lvl ppl.... -.-
