Interlude Pvp Server

I am looking for a good interlude pvp server  i am gonna write what i looking for

 

1) at least 3000x rates

2) safe-max enchant normaly 3/16  

3) no custom items

4) no op donors

5)not have corrupted gm's/admin's

6)over 80 ppl online ( not 60 shop and the rest online )

7)easy to get full equip ( 4-5 hrs farming etc )

8) servers live ( evo-java-knockout-damage etc i dont want )
