Why changing focus skill mastery code from this:

<mul order="0x30" stat="skillMastery" val="2" />

to this:

<mul order="0x40" stat="skillMastery" val="2" /> 

makes such toggle start work?

Also, have anyone tried it already?

(Not sure if retail like indeed)
