Τίποτα δεν έχει κάνει. Το μόνο που έκανε ήταν να εφαρμόσει τις μνημονιακές πολιτικές και παραδίδει τον Δήμο όπως ακριβώς τον ανέλαβε σε μία οικονομική αβεβαιότητα.
