any one know how to remove big dmg to RB from Frenzy skill?

or how to fix the balance dmg frenzy on RB but with out remove the official stats on pvp and normal mobs

I've got no idea about ur pack or even client , but if it is a couple of bosses etc , just give them resistance to 2 handed weapons or xD, titan = useless.
