Augment Skill Item

Does anyone know how can i make an item to give me an augment skill ? (e.x might level 10)

or a npc that requires 1 item and gives you an augment skill?

btw i have an interlude pack not epilogue

check the give skill from admin panel how it works. easy to make it as shop.
