Its spamming ALL the time in my gs and causing lag in server any know what is this?

First of all it's called machine. Second,the machine is quite good i5 8gb ram 1tb hdd i don't see anything bad on it.

It got fixed by a way,it isn't spamming it,but it still appears some time.
