How i can give clan hall to a clan manually?! Without Bids etc..

Hello ppl as the subject says,

 

i want to know how i can give clan hall to a clan manually from database... i tryed to put the id of the clan into

table Clanhall -->at the row of clan hall that i want -->at ownerID  i putted the clan id first ... and didnt worked and then i tryed to put at OwnerID the id of the clan leader... but still nothing!
