After wipe error in loginserver. Check

I empty those tables and now when i create account i have this error.

Well this happends when you didn't wipe your database correctly, you may clean few columns but information about character "x" is still keep in database, and once you re-create the character you get errors becouse (some parts from character or account already exists).

 

Seems logic to me, but lets see "BIG" guys minds.
