install new armor

i have l2jfrozen 1002ver

 

i have install some armors and wings and weapons

 

but 1 of the wings

when i wear him

he vanished...

and its an red error on the screen

 

"NoItemName has benn vanished"

 

what is that mean?? what i do wrong?
