Im going to give example of an ideal pvp server now:

"Epilogue because balance is always ideal on this client"

 

1) Rates like 500x, reminds me of l2 atlantis,good server ,was pretty fun there ^^

2) Enchant rates like safe 5, max 16, chance 85%, fail = -3 enchants instead going 0 so people wont rage but it would make enchant system give them some emotions cuz they farm hard

3) Attribute lv 7 ,seems the most balanced for epilogue, nukers are op ,so having full attr against them in pvp/oly, wont be that much of a problem for them

4) Achievements implemented (like l2 retro hi5 ,old l2 paradox freya and l2 gallo) ,for example when you have 10 pvps ,u get a reward ,next 50, next 100 and so on then another achievement like ,You did blabla oly points and so on ,U KNOW...

5) PVE SHOULD BE -beep-ING ENTERTAINING not add 1-2 moobs here and there ,kill 9999 rabbits to get full gear, I HATE THIS KIND OF PVP SERVERS but unfortunately 99% of them are like this ,i like retail like ,few zones ,LETS SAY for example that gracia zones becomes world open and not instance anymore, farm there for vesper gear (takes you 1-2 hours only ,in pt ofc) ,then another zone should be like MOS ,farm in mos to get accessories/lv4 attributes/codexes ,then farm in hellbound to get lv7 crystals/mastery/life stones ,implement custom daily quests that gives u some cool prizes like +1 divine enchant scroll or something like that (for example ,max is 16, but u can get 18 thanks to this) ,it will increase server life kinda a lot, and it wont make much difference from 16-18 ,donations can be 18 though  ,FARM/events should be around 3-4 days to get full 16, about epic jews, they should be added at events and rbs with custom respawn (4 to 8 hours each, All epics 85 level so no penalty)

6) EVENTS, the reason why all servers are bored ,because noone implement events because most of people have no idea about java either and they just copy-paste (i exclude crap shit events like tvt and all these bullshit ,these arent events) ,look at l2dreams 50x for events, AS AN EXAMPLE ,like LAST MAN STANDING/HUNTER DEATHMATCH

Last Man Standing = All players are given name "Player" and remove clan crest and title, the zone becomes an instance so outsiders wont be able to heal/etc but watch only ,it will take place at coliseum ,the most suitable place, also ,the rewards should be "EACH KILL = u get tokens or what u want as economy,THE LAST WHO SURVIVED will get reward similar to 20-30 kills"

Hunter Deathmatch = All players are given name "Player" and remove clan crest and title, the zone becomes an instance so outsiders wont be able to heal/etc but watch only, taken in hunter village ,3 teams killing eachother ,reward per kill for player and reward for winner team (reward enough for 30-40 kills like), u can die as much as u want ,its time limit only AND ANNOUNCEMENTS SHOULD BE ADDED like who is on killing spree and so on

Some npc to give u plenty of rewards from events and a npc for TOP EVENT KILLERS/WINNERS and more (same like farming but even faster than farming)

7) VOTE REWARD SYSTEM = of course, lets say for example ,that u daily vote to get tattoos that give you 10% stats of your choice (u can choose between patk/pdef/matk/mdef/hp/ATK

 

well i actually wanted to do a server like this but my budget is not enough to pay a server so i quit after few months, all money goes on gym/supplements and mostly my parents ciggaretes (aahahahaha)

 

Those who didnt had patience to read ,I DONT FUKING CARE ,this is my ideal server and dont worry, i didnt told u all the features yet, its more like 40-50% of features i would add to my server ,MAYBE I LIGHTENED UR MONKEY BRAINS and soon a server like this will pop up thanks to me

 

This is my opinion ,i try to remember everyone why u all suck on making server! ,u already know the drill ,never ending cycle of trash l2 servers ,please go play mario and quit waste ur money on trash servers if u dont give a shit about this game/community ,U CAN TELL ME that i am a bad guy who flame/spam like an idiot and offence every admin but i only say the truth and we all know truth hurts (-_0)

Why you dont play mid rates then? Nowdays nobody likes to fucking farm on high rate server , most ppl are event bored to enchant their gear (even if scrolls are 100% ) . All a high rate server needs than easy farm ofc is players to PVP. I played on L2crimson for over one year , this server had pvps every day from morning till night , and im  not talking about 4-5 random pplrunning around but parties early in the morning same happened on Aeron. Instead of judging every server from topics in maxcheaters how about to move your ass in pvp zones

i haven't talk about mass pve, just a little,  enjoyable. you actually wrote why ppl need it:  "ppl are event bored to enchant their gear (even if scrolls are 100% )" <-- a bit PvE solves this problem, cause when you sit down and enchant your gear to full +16 at one time, its fvcking boring. i think ppl need a bit time, to build up his char complately, and not w/ boringness, w/ enjoyable, well builded PvE. i dont like über PvE HR-s neither, but with healthy PvE its better than Log-and-maxed servers.
