Sell at Gm shop

I have some kinda bug...

 

I mean ppl buy one item from gm shop with 1kk and they can sell them with 2-3-4 kk at the same npc...how can i resolve this?

My currency on the server byside adena si golden apiga...but i can't trade them....i know the id is 9143 but i really can find'it in database....somebody know maybe the table?
