Help creating L2[Off] Freya or H5.

Hi everyone. Im a newbie in this but I would like to create my own Freya or H5 server just for fun. Could anyone please give me some links, tips and other helpfull stuff on how to create L2[off] Freya or H5. Please post here any tips, any links and any info on how to do it.

 

P.S. I checked "[General] Lineage II Develop [OFF] English " and I was not able to find some links for downloading and if I did they was not working and/or people saying that they got viruses and keylogers with those files.

 

Please dont Judge me cuz im a newbie in L2 Server creating. Everyone have theyr first time.

It seems that it is hard to find Freya and H5 files :(  . Iw looked for them everywhere but could not find them... I think only way u can find those files If someone will post the actual link. Iw googled for those server files and found nothing :( Or I dont know how to search properly. :)

Btw is it possible to upgrade server from Interlude to freya without changing all files or u need to make Freya or H5 server straight away?

U wont find any freya or H5 free packs x64 on shares. U can only buy from Fr3dBR or l2off.biz . But I have seen many ppl who sell good l2j packs for h5 , god.

1. Is created by NCSoft - and an absurd ammount of professional programmers and man hours.

 

2. Is made by a bunch of amateur kids over the span of 7 years - with a codebase that's been corrupted and still uses old technology despite JAVA as a langauge has evolved to it's current version SDK. And so spread with god knows how many forks from the original creation by l2chef.

 

...if you just want to "play for fun with friends" - L2Off is a bad choice.

Infact if you don't understand the fundemental difference of - how while they try offer the same for the end user playing - are so far far apart i'd stay the hell away from it.

 

Time invested to get to 99% percentile is probably 1/10th of L2J to L2Off.

It's just easier.
