Tatoos on mid rates

i started playing a x50 server.This server although it has luxury shops it hasnt tatoos (tatoo of flame , divine etc.)The question is how can i get these tatoos on low rates or mid rates ? can the be crafted or droped?

u cant get it, if doesnt exist in a gm shop, since to the fact nc soft made those tattos for C3, but they give up adding them cuz it caused too much imbalances in the gameplay, so they never got implemented in the game, tough, they existed in the code of the game, same thing hapenned for mana pots..they are in the code, but never implemented too

 

so, back in C3, hlapex hackers found them using the item ID for each tattoo...i remember playing in a C4 server and a hacker gave me a tatto of absolute he had since when server was C3..i didnt knew anything about hacks that time

the tattoos are just for hige (ultra hige) rate servers , where u need 4k c speed to have fun xD

 

in middle low there are tattos and stuff like that but they just give u m or p def

 

in low servers they dosnt exist

If the server you play on does not add a custom way to get tattoos, you can't have them

tattoos unbalance the game , i remember when it first introduce ppl in my server enchanted it like crazy , + more pdef wasn't hurt

Server may not have tattos for sell but have it on server ;)

Some server make it as donation item.
