Custom image above player title

I want add custom image above character title (something like war fists or castle attacker / defender flag)

 

And now I want ask for help You.

 

Problem is, how to add any image (for example any clan crest) above of title (not on left side of nickname).

 

Maybe somebody know how to do it? Or can give me some clue?

u have to add the image on the textures, then call it on charInfo packet. throuth relation status
