With 99% i can asure you that[glow=red,2,300] this is not L2OFF[/glow].

Where on L2OFF have you get:

 

RateQuestDrop = 3

RateQuestReward = 2

 

Droprate = x

Spoilrate = x

 

This settings is copied from some Java config. This is just another "halfjavash1t" where someone thinks that L2off = russian java.

 

In Retail (L2OFF) there is specific rates for ALL quests by amount and so on - same in Drops/ spoils - The correct L2Off  setting is spoil beep, spoil amount and so on...
