[Help] How to Detected A trojan and remove it

Hi all, I need your help as you can see! I Have found A Gatherbot but it is backdoored. For example the person who create the gatherbot if I download it and install it , he will have full access at my pc! i created a new mirc folder with mirc.exe inside and all the folders and i c/p the scripts on the folders and then i did format on my pc and now i have it without backdoor.
