[HELP] Rin4as buffer implimentation

Ok so I'm a total scrub when it comes to implimenting .java or .py files but I believe I have found where my file needs to be but when I spawn the char in game I get an npc that acts like it has no HTML file (which the .java file is supposed to generate) yet everything else about the implimentation went fine... Maybe I just didnt put the .java file in the right place? or maybe im doing something entirely different wrong, dunno thats why im here MxC ^_^ Maybe one of you can assist me. Thanks in advanced.

L2j Version 5851 (High five from march 8th)

DP Version 9491

  (Id rather build my own pack to learn everything I can then use a preconfigured pack. Ive already fixed many gamekilling buggs and sent the files to L2jforums so that one day we can have a stable build from L2J team themselves.)
