Xsplit/Twitch Stream

my friend streams his league of legends matches..But he has a problem with the quality of the stream.You can see by yourself:

when he moves the camera the quality is dropped.

He has 24 mbps internet conection ,4gb ram and 4x 3.2 ghz.What he have to correct in xsplit settings to have better quality without lags?

24mbps είναι το download(και δεν το πιάνει καν όλο), το live streaming θέλει upload που στην Ελλάδα το μέγιστο είναι 0.90 mbps το πολύ. Για σύνδεση στο σπίτι εννοώ, με το vdsl δεν ξέρω τι παίζει. Δεν μπορεί να streamarei hd ακόμα κι αν είχε F16 για pc.
