Hi I Need Full Fixed Skills And The Buffs Last Over 6 Hours Pleaze....

and : You must Put the Buffs to 6 hours By HEANDS !

 

and : Fixed Skills Comes by A server Owner Choice (I explain better : ONLY Official files Have them 90% fixed (like C4-C5-C6), L2J have them UNFIXED, so Any Server Admin Should Fix them As they Like more (by balancing classes).
