[HELP] PROBLEM SKILLS

I have created several custom skill with all the icons, I put in skillgrp and skillname and skill_tress and goes. I say skill is added but I do not appear, or if I get the / / admin "give all skill" for example tells me that I have added six skill, and I 5 ...

Does anybody know from what can be?
