L2UI port/UTX viewer

Hey, so i've a little problem. Since 2 days im trying to open and view all the images from .utx files in systexture folder. The files im trying to open are L2UI_CH3, L2UI_CT1, L2UI.utx and Icon.utx.

I was using Dragon UnPACKer 5 to do it but it seems to not work. What i did is importing the file to the program so i can see a list of .bmp's but i cant either extract them somewhere (it actually says its extracing but its nowhere) or view them.

So im looking for guide or solution what am i doing wrong in order to open .utx and view the image files.

 

I can also add i tried to use UMODEL but it keeps giving me errors out of nowhere while extracting it.

 

The client of .utx file is H5.
