Is this a good machine for interlude server?

Hello i have a question. I just bought a simply dedicated server and i want to know that can i put there small interlude server. And how much players can join w\o lags.

there are some specifications.

 

Operating System: Windows Server 2012 Standard

Architecture: 32bit

Country: Oslo, Norway

RAM: 4Gb

CPU: Intel Atom D525 1.80GHz

HDD: 1x 500Gb

IP: 1

Bandwidth: 300 Gb

Try with a lil more RAM and better CPU.

Its pretty bad, depends if its for JAVA server with 100 ppl works, if you want more i suggest a better computer.

8 GIG RAM+ recommended..

and as Alexa say better CPU

Thx. its now just for no more than 100ppl it for beta L2j now i want to take some experience with developing etc. later i wil buy good machine and l2off files. thx for answers
