All the time i get this error

i have unistal and instal mysql and navicat a lot of times and when i unistall them i delete and the folders to programfiles too .. pff

if anyone can help me pls ..

i have checked it and nothing ..

i had made in navicat a localhost and i cant delete it now .. i have make the navicat 100 unistals and nothing .. and then i delete the folders that are in program files

I had the same problem a lot of times.. but when I turned off my firewall.. somehow it worked.
