[Help] Mana Potion no PVP

I need help, I want to create a mana potion not work in attack mode, any ideas???? and similar to greater haling potion increasing mana gradually.

Add this in potions.java

you can also change id 726 with any potion you want and it wont be used in siege or flag (you can add more exception like tvt dm or ctf) i hope i helped!
