Some help with dedicated server

hi guys i am trying to set up a no steam server (as far as this is concerned its ok) but i also try to put amx commands

 

i realy need some help  links would be apriciated

ok thanks for the help , now when i start the server from hlds.exe if someone trying to connect to the server i got this error:

is it a steam/non steam dedicated server?

its a no steam dedicated server

I just pmed you the client of cs1.6 which includes the hlds.exe. you can download it.(it works for me)
