I think it was at least 1,5 year.

Enchant rate is retail like (66%), this is mid rate server with medium difficulty not star wars PVP.

No, all items from NG to S grade are sold for adena at the official retail shops in towns.

I think buff slots are retail like too(20+4), and there is a NPC buffer for newbies until 61 lvl that provides Prophet buffs.
