Logo for bussines website, help to make it better please

I am running a bussines with some mates and no one of us is good at photoshop.

 

We have done already a logo but we wanna make it better, also more professional.

We wanna keep everything just small changes to make it better if someone mind to do it we would love it.

Better thanks, but I would like to improve it even more, The main logo "Sajnet" to make it looks better you can make ur own style if you like to
