(for the people that get this error that the file not founded or missed do this steps 1:copy the file to system32 folder (for version 32 of windows) or C:\Windows\SysWoW64 for 64 ver. of windows 2:open cmd as Administrator "Command Prompt" then write this command for 64 (%systemroot%\SysWoW64\regsvr3­2.exe RichTx32.ocx) for 32 (%systemroot%\System32\regsvr3­2.exe RichTx32.ocx) you will get messagebox like success)
