there are also tons of macro programs that u can easily configure for more flexibility

there is alot of macro programs... depending on what u want to do ... from simply spammin right click 100 time / sec to search for pixels and click on them.. the known ones and most used i think r ghost mouse and ac tools , using google will bring u some results ... gl :)
