The error is telling you what is wrong, you are missing an SQL entry called "in_jail" in your database. Check your packs SQL files to see if it was installed corectly.

Does not matter, the SQL files for the database are not compiled and easily changed. All he needs to do is check the SQL file that is missing the field and either add it manually or look for the SQL in the datapack and rerun it.
