Guys when i edit those files to add custom weapons i have the last line empty and i have an error when i i save it i use l2fileedit for kamael and hellbound and i have problem a friend tell me to use another editor but i cant find anything error

Check, that there isn't an older L2FileEdit.exe in your C:\Documents and Settings\xy\Local Settings\Temp, if there's an older one, delete it, and start the Kamael-Hellbound.

that happens for one reason. u do sth wrong while u save it....

 

u may dont have added a blank line at the end..

 

or u may not saved it do version 314...

 

i had this too....

 

try leaving a blank line at the end of the itemname / weapongrp / armorgrp

 

and saving it to version 314.

I can't tell you anything new, just that i wrote in my previous message. Delete the older L2FileEdit.exe from C:\Documents and Settings\xy\Local Settings\Temp, if it won't work, i can't help you.

The problem is not in the fileedit.Uu are making a mistake in the lines you are adding u probably are trying to add IL lines into CT1.5 files "they are diferent" will not work try finding somethink on the forum that is for Ct1 and try it then.

i had the same problem when i was editing the weapongrp files in the system but then i downloaded one other File edit and it worked so download one other version of file edit
