He said that he got a virus and it disable the firewall and delete the antivirus..And when he try to install antivirus his pc make roll back and the setup dont have any effect.And when he open his pc 5-6 windows come up and said System32.exe has stop working etc.

exactly. i am trying to find a way to fix it , without format if it is possible :S (BackUp is not available , crashes in middle)

Για μένα κάνε επαναφορά σε προηγούμενη ημερομηνία μέσω του windows safe mode και αν δεν πιάσει ανοίγεις windows safe mode, κατεβάζεις kaspersky virus removal tool και το αφήνεις να σκανάρει όσο χρειαστεί. Λογικά θα βρει τον ιο και θα στον βγάλει. Να θυμηθείς μετά το κατέβασμα και πριν το σκάν να επιλέξεις να σκανάρει όλο το pc από τις ρυθμίσεις!

Ότι κάνεις μόνο μέσω windows safe mode!! Και κάποια στιγμή όποτε μπορέσεις ένα format για να είσαι σίγουρος και ένα καλό antivirus από την αρχή που να έχει και safe internet...Για μένα kaspersky με αυθεντική άδεια αν θέλεις να προστατέψεις το pc σου! (Αξίζει και το τελευταίο ευρό!)
