Unplug your internet connection, plug it back in and try.

If that doesnt work, goto start->network connections and disable everything.  Wait 10 seconds, enable them all again and then try.

If not, goto start->all programs->accessories->command promt and then type /flushdns  ( i think thats it).  It may take up to 24 hours for the last one to work.
