HOW TO DELETE REGISTRY KEY

I can't delete a registry key, I get an error. Dunno what error, I just can't delete it.

 

The error says: You can't delete "file" ("file" = file name). An error occured while deleting.

 

I must delete this file and it's an emergency, so if any1 knows thnx.

 

 

PS: Yes, I already tried to delete system32 and it didn't work.
