Hello there, How i can make a picture like "check" and when i press on it to shows Online if my server is on or offiline if it is offline?

I want it to post it in one forum and not for a website...can anyone help me?

 

(like topzone but coded for smf forums).

This has nothing or just very little to do with actual GFX... that's rather coding related so you might want to post it in another section.
