When i try to edit description at A Weapon like Draconic bow a error spawn and say me file acces denied!!

like if i wanna change : Increase critical attack rate 88 ( change 88 make it 99 and spawn that msg ) file dont disapear .. isnt a syntact problem...

fixed :/ lock it
