Need big Help are 3 Problems :) L2JFrozen Pack

Hello, I have some problems, i would need a persons help that could fix it :)

1. I am using l2JFrozen Pack, there is a grandboss manager which shows if grandboss is alive or not. I go to the database then grandboss_data then I check Antharas coordinates but when I travel to him he is not there... How do I kill all the Grandbosses? Just to turn them off so that they not work? Because the server will be high rate, not low, but now its done on like the low rates.

2. why the spaces after the magnus chant are very big? why are they not the same space as the other ones? maybe some of you know where the problem is?

3. Can you give me a direct link for the VIP buffer? I have a normal buffer but I want to make that some buffs are free but other ones are only achievable by special money. For the interlude version
