Any way to exchange karma?

Is there any way to exchange karma for posts?...Like 1 karma = 100 posts or something  ;D Its quite useless as far as noone hides by karma, only by posts

then everyone will spam imo and what the hell is wrong with everybody... everyone is obsessed either to spam to get 200 posts or get karma...

 

if you have karma it just shows that you have shared something good and you deserved it...

 

and also ppl which have 1000+ posts?? they will have 10 karma plus the ones they have earned??

sry if it seemed i was flaming... but sometimes there some spammers and give a break to the mods... they can't keep doing -1 all the time andtelling of ppl... i just think that this will make things even worse
