That arent the correct rates but you can check the site...

 

1 scroll gives your max enchant,1 atrib stone too.

 

Server over 400 ppl on and pvps arent bad at all. A stable server tho'

 

The only bad thing are the subs lvl..but he ll it soon.

 

Btw he isnt the admin,just some1 that put the name and c/p his first features.

That features are the features of another server...only the name is corectly rest is just a fail copy-paste.
