Stuck When Logging in

When i open my server with online ip or with no-ip they stuck to log in

I had once this kind of problem with a server..It showed itself with the network ip (196...) It didnt had any idea its real ip was 86...

So when I set the external to its network external(196...) it worked...

and what ip i put on my l2.ini or host

Its Right?
