First of all download this tool :

Then unzip it and open it.This program is a processkiller like taskmanager.

Then the easy but most important part Smile close all windows and programs and kill every process and i mean all of them.It would be easier to find the program that controls the computer in my case taskhost.exe if you know what it's name is then kill only this process
