with same eq, with full buff or with self buff, just any combination and sr's dps is highest always

Now that range matters HE got a lil nerf due to the slow speed.But still he is #1

every char have some + and - So the most important think is player skill. If you like SR and if you know how to play good the best will be SR. But if you more like HE, the best (for you) will be HE...etc.
