Eclpise isn't working for me

Trying to compile my own files using this tutorial:

and i get to the point when i need to install the new software and i tryed:

http://subclipse.tigris.org/update_1.4.x

and

http://subclipse.tigris.org/update_1.6.x

and when i do EVERYTHING fails can anyone help me with this problem?
