[Question] For critical eror

I download  ninja,golden,black dragon for in but i can't add in shop (multisel) when i add in shop end i clik(in game) on item i get critical eror. Why u can help me??

yes i add itemname i add al but nothing i try too add epic end worc but golden darknightmare ninja etc.

maybe files are not encrypted textures do not remember but I am sure that if the encrypted before uploading the problem is when the texture is not correct or is damaged by this strip critical mistake but as you said too files system also can be see a
