Hello guys , I want to learn how to put icons for my own passive skills.

If you already have the skill's icon then all you gotta do is edit skillgrp.dat using File Edit or another software. If you want to create the icons yourself, the guides below will help you.

If he follows devangel guide make sure to NOT save as dds or import as dxt3 those are wrong info and dunno why he does that it's the blind leading the blind

 

instead save as targa and import as dxt1
